Welcome to the Luzerne County Dental Society’s website. We hope you find this site user-friendly
and informative.

Our mission is to provide dentists with a forum to discuss pertinent issues that relate to both the practice and the regulation of dentistry. The goal is to keep members abreast of current pending legislation, as well as the latest in dental techniques.

The LCDS oversees activities such as Children’s Dental Health Month, public education, school visitations, and continuing education for dentists. In addition, it is a constituency of the American Dental Association (ADA), the largest and oldest national dental society in the world, and the Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA).
